Mr Teong Eng Siong asked the Minister for Law and National Development when Jalan Maha at the Indian Village in Ulu Sembawang will be made up.

Mr Ho Cheng Choon (for the Minister for Law and National Development): Mr Speaker, Sir, Jalan Maha was approved by the Urban and Rural Services Committee on 24th April, 1967, for metalling at an estimated cost of $30,634. Work on the metalling of the road started on 26th July this year and it is expected to be completed by the end of September this year.
