Mr Cheong Yuen Chee asked the Minister for Law and National Development whether the Housing and Development Board plans to sell the flats at Temple Estate, Kim Keat Avenue, to the present tenants.

Mr Ho Cheng Choon (for the Minister for Law and National Development): Sir, the Housing and Development Board has no immediate plans to sell the flats in Temple Estate. But the Board will be willing to sell them if the majority of the tenants desire to buy them.
