Mr R. C. H. Lim asked the Minister for Communications and Works whether, in view of official statements about the negotiation of fresh agreements to take effect next year between Malayan Airways Limited and the Governments of the Borneo territories, the Federation of Malaya and Singapore, he will give an assurance that the text of any new agreement to which the Singapore Government is to be a party will be communicated to the Assembly before it is signed.
