Mr Speaker: I have to inform Honourable Members that I received a report dated 4th April, 1957, from the Honourable Mr Justice Tan Ah Tah informing me that the Honourable Mr Oon Khye Kiang, Acting Financial Secretary, took and subscribed the Oath of Allegiance before him on 4th April, 1957.
