Mr Speaker: I have received two messages from His Excellency the Governor dated 18th January, 1957, and 2nd February, 1957, respectively, informing me that His Excellency has, in accordance with the provisions of section 62 (2) of the Singapore Colony Order in Council, 1955, assented to the following Bills:

(i) City Councillors Indemnity and Validating Bill;

(ii) Municipal (Amendment) Bill;

(iii) Final Supply (1955) Bill;

(iv) Singapore Industrial Promotion Board Bill;

(v) Singapore Improvement (Amendment) Bill.
