(b) Whether a request for funds has been received by the Government from the Young Men's Muslim Association or from other similar bodies;

Mr Lim Yew Hock: (a) The request of the Chinese Y.M.C.A. for a capital grant is under consideration.

(b) No request for funds has been received by the Government from the Young Men's Muslim Association. Monthly grants in aid are made to a number of youth organisations.
