Mrs Seow Peck Leng asked the Minister for Health whether any new schemes of "delivery after-care service" for mothers and infants in the City area had been instituted in 1959.

Dr Sheng Nam Chin: Mr Speaker, Sir, I have been asked to reply. No new scheme of "delivery after-care service" was instituted in 1959 in the City area. The existing schemes of this service were expanded during the year.
