Mrs Seow Peck Leng asked the Minister for Health how many new Clinics were constructed in 1959.

Dr Sheng Nam Chin: Mr Speaker, Sir, I have been asked to reply. Two out-patient clinics were completed in 1959. They are the Pegu Road Clinic and the Bukit Panjang Clinic.

Mrs Seow Peck Leng: Mr Speaker, Sir, can I ask a supplementary question?

Mr Speaker: Yes.

Mrs Seow Peck Leng: When were they started, Sir?

Dr Sheng Nam Chin: The question, Mr Speaker, Sir, was "How many new clinics were constructed in 1959?". So I need further notice before I can answer the question "When were they started?".

Mr Speaker: The Minister will no doubt supply the information in due course.
