Dr Ong Leong Boon asked the Minister for National Development and Communications what plans there are for the redevelopment of the clearance sites along Zion Road and Havelock Road in Kim Seng Constituency.

Dr Tan Eng Liang (for the Minister for National Development and Communications): Sir, the site bounded by Havelock Road and Zion Road is earmarked for development of a neighbourhood centre with shops and markets. Development proposals for the vacant site bounded by Zion Road, Ganges Avenue and Outram Road are being finalised.
