OLD HDB FLATS IN DELTA CONSTITUENCY (Installation of communal TV antennas)

Mr Yeo Choo Kok asked the Minister for National Development and Communications whether the Housing and Development Board has any plan to install communal TV antennae to the old flats, including those built by the Singapore Improvement Trust, in Delta Constituency.

Dr Tan Eng Liang (for the Minister for National Development and Communications): Sir, communal TV antennae will be provided in old housing estates and SIT estates in stages in view of the large number of flats in such estates. The Housing and Development Board expect to install communal TV antennae in the flats in Delta constituency before the end of the year.
