Mr Hwang Soo Jin asked the Minister for Health, during the year 1977, (a) how many mental patients were warded at Woodbridge Hospital; (b) how many mental patients were treated as out-patients at the Hospital; and (c) how many mental patients were discharged from the Hospital; and what were the comparative figures for 1976 and 1975.
