FILLING OF VACANCIES IN SELECT COMMITIEES

Mr Speaker: I have also to inform hon. Members that, under the provisions of Standing Order No. 95, I did on the 27th April, 1961, nominate the following Members to fill the vacancy in each of the following Select Committees in place of the late Member for Anson. Inche Baharuddin Bin Mohamed Ariff:-

(i) Committee of Selection - Inche Yaacob Bin Mohamed;

(ii) Select Committee on the Administration of Muslim Law Bill - Inche Buang Bin Omar Junid.
