Inche Mohd. Ali Bin Alwi asked the Minister for Labour and Law how many members of the Work Brigade have passed the School Certificate Examination and how many of such members have been found employment outside the Brigade.

Mr K. M. Byrne: Mr Speaker, Sir, two members of the Work Brigade out of a total enrolment of 1,800 have passed the School Certificate Examination. These two members have not been offered employment outside the Brigade for the time being, as there are no jobs available at the moment which are commensurate with the level of their education.
