REVIEW OF ORDER OF DETENTION OF MR JEK YUEN THONG

The following Question stood in the name of Mr Lee Kuan Yew-

Mr Lee Kuan Yew: To ask the Chief Secretary when a review of the order of detention under the Preservation of Public Security Ordinance, 1955, of Mr Jek Yuen Thong is to be made; and whether, for that review, there will be made available to the Reviewing Officer for his consideration the written statement which has been submitted by or on behalf of Mr Jek Yuen Thong to the Appeal Tribunal.
