Mr John Ede (Tanglin): Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to move,
That leave be given to introduce a Bill to incorporate the Secretary of the Synod of the Diocese of Singapore.
Sir, the purpose of the Bill is to give powers to the Secretary to act as Trustee of the Synod particularly in respect of conveyancing of land.
Mr Lim Choon Mong (Serangoon): I second it.
Question put, and agreed to.

Mr John Ede: I am, Sir, I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to incorporate the Secretary of the Synod of the Diocese of Singapore."
