Mr D. S. Marshall asked the Chief Secretary whether he will take steps to introduce a Bill in this session to provide for radical amendments to the Banishment Ordinance.
Mr W. A. C. Goode: Sir, this question is at present under consideration by the Government.
Mr Marshall: Sir, am I right in understanding that " under consideration" is a civil service term which means: "we have no intention of doing anything about it but we do not have the courage to say so?"
Mr Speaker: That is completely out of order.
