- To ask the Minister for Communications and Works when will Kuoyu (Chinese language) be accepted for driving tests.
Mr Speaker: Mr Lee Choon Eng.
Mr Lee Choon Eng: Mr Speaker, Sir, since Sessional Paper No. S.L. 39 of 1956 has now been laid upon the Table, may I have the permission of the Assembly to withdraw my question?
Mr Speaker: The hon. Member is too late. We are now on question No. 13. Mr Thomas.
Mr Francis Thomas: Since the hon. Member is already aware of Sessional Paper No. S.L. 39 of 1956, I will merely say that Kuoyu has been provided for since the 1st of January this year.
