The following Members have, under the provisions of subsection (3) (i) of section 47 of the Singapore Colony Order in Council, 1955, obtained from the Speaker, permission to be or to remain absent from meetings of the Assembly:

Mr Lim Koon Teck (Paya Lebar) - from 15th April to 31st July, 1958.

Inche Abdul Hamid Bin Haji Jumat (Ulu Bedok) - from 21st April to 31st May, 1958.
