Mr Speaker: I have to inform Hon. Members that, under the provisions of paragraphs (2) and (6) respectively of Standing Order No. 6.1. I have appointed Mr Lim Koon Teck to be Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee, and Mr R. C. H. Lim to be Chairman of the Estimates Committee.
